Where do you ship to?

We offer domestic shipping within the Continental US (not including HI & AK)

What shipping carrier and method do you use?

USPS Priority Mail

How are the plants packed for shipping?

We take great care in packing our plants securely to prevent damage and reduce loose soil. The following materials are used to protect your plant while in transit: bubble wrap, poly-fil and craft paper.

When will my online order ship?

Orders are fulfilled within 1 week of placing the order. We ship Monday-Wednesday in an effort to prevent your plants from sitting extra days in transit over the weekend.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for our plants, unless the plant was damaged upon arrival. Please send us photos and a description of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@leafbound.com and we will do our best to help make it right.

Is local pick up an option?

Yes! If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and would like to pick up from us in Newark, CA. Place your order online and select local pickup at checkout. Email us at support@leafbound.com to schedule a pickup date and time.
